| We recently sold our house with Susan Clark in Grayson, Ga. We had tried to sell previously with a couple different realtors but weren’t successful. We chose Susan after interviewing several realtors because she had a positive attitude and was selling other properties in our neighborhood. We relied on her recommendation for sale price which was much higher than other realtors and we received 97% list price vs. sales price. Susan helped us stage our house and made many recommendations which enhanced the marketability. She helped with maintenance issues and even helped with taking care of our dogs when there was a showing. Once she had the contract she brought in more people to show the house on her own than previous realtors had with all showings. When the offers came she stuck with the client until we had mutual agreements and followed through past closing and walkthrough. We also used Susan on the buying end and she found us a home that we really love in North Forsyth County. She is very familiar with a broad range of areas in the metro Atlanta area.
